With over twenty years of history, the Cous Cous Fest brings together chefs from all over the world in San Vito Lo Capo who compete in the preparation of a single incredible dish: Couscous. Defined by many as the dish of peace, because it unites cultures that seem distant and mixes traditions and flavors with a single common ingredient. But not just food. Music, entertainment, dance, and lots of fun explode in this 10-day review in September in San Vito Lo Capo that becomes the navel of the world and a center of cultural integration and brotherhood between countries.
